4. Health and Medical Responsibility

You acknowledge that participation in sporting activities involves inherent risks. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and will notify us of any relevant medical conditions. Participation is at your own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

5. Fees and Payments

Membership fees, event registrations, and other charges must be paid by the applicable due dates unless otherwise agreed. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our refund policy.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We may cancel, postpone, or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds or credits will be handled in accordance with our published refund policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
